2. The NubiMoo app

No data collection

NubiMoo is a coloring app for children that works completely offline. The app does not request the internet permission. It contains no ads, no analytics or tracking services, no user account and no in-app purchases. The app does not send any data to us or to third parties.

Colored pictures

Colored pictures and their progress are stored only in the app's private storage on the device, so your child can keep coloring later. We have no access to these files. When the app is uninstalled, Android deletes the pictures from the device. Parents can delete single pictures in the app under “My pictures”.

Android backup

The app allows Android backup to save the folder with the pictures. Whether and where a backup is made depends on the device settings. Usually it is a backup in the Google account of the device user. Android or Google makes this backup under their own responsibility. We have no access to it. You can turn the backup off in the Android settings.

Sharing pictures

After the parent check, parents can share a finished picture through the Android share menu, for example to print it. Only the parents decide where the picture goes. We receive nothing.

Links in the parent area

The parent area sits behind a parent check. It has links to this website, to Google Play and to an email address. These links open other apps on the device, for example the browser, Google Play or the email app. From then on, the privacy rules of those apps and services apply.

The “Write an email” button prepares a message in your email app. It contains the app version, the Android version and the device model, so we can find bugs more easily. You see this information before sending and can delete it. Nothing is sent unless you tap “Send” yourself.

Google Play

The app is distributed through Google Play. When you download or update the app, Google processes data under its own responsibility, see the Google privacy policy.

Children

NubiMoo is made for children. Using it requires no registration and no personal data.

3. This website

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It uses no analytics or tracking services and no social media buttons. The Nunito font is hosted on our own server. The website loads no content from other servers.

Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by easyname GmbH, Canettistraße 5/10, 1100 Vienna, Austria. With every visit, the server stores technically necessary data in log files: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the amount of data sent, the page visited before (referrer) and the browser identifier. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). easyname decides how long the log files are kept for secure operation; after that they are deleted. We do not analyse the log files and do not combine them with any other data. See the easyname privacy policy (German).

Links to other sites

This website links to Google Play and Ko-fi. You only leave our website when you click one of these links. The privacy rules of that site then apply.

4. Contact by email

When you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the message when the request is done, unless the law requires us to keep it. We do not pass the data on. The emails are stored with our email provider, also easyname GmbH in Vienna.

5. Support through Ko-fi

If you support the project through Ko-fi, this runs through the Ko-fi platform and its payment services (for example PayPal or Stripe). They process your data under their own responsibility, see the Ko-fi privacy policy. We only receive the information that Ko-fi passes on to creators, for example your name, the amount and a message if you write one. We use it only to say thank you and to meet legal record-keeping duties (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Just send us an email.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Austria, this is the Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.

7. Changes

If the app, the website or the data processing changes, we update this policy. The version published here applies.
